PresidentialTermScorecard.com is an informational and educational tool that allows users to apply their own value weightings to publicly sourced data metrics and generate a personalized evaluation of presidential terms. It is not a news service, a polling organization, or an authoritative source of political analysis. Please review our Methodology & Content Disclaimer for important information about how scores are generated and what they represent.

3. Permitted use

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes. You may share your scorecard results and the site’s URL freely. You may not:

  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or index the site’s content at scale without written permission
  • Misrepresent scorecard results as objective, official, or scientifically validated measures
  • Use the site to harass, defame, or make false factual claims about real individuals
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the site’s operation

4. Intellectual property

The site’s design, code, scoring methodology, and written content are the property of The Bateau Group, LLC and are protected by copyright. Underlying metric data is sourced from public domain government databases and third-party research organizations; we make no ownership claim over that underlying data.

5. No warranty

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE DATA PRESENTED IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT. USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This site links to third-party data sources and uses third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware County, Ohio.
